課程概述

本課程旨在引導學生思索中國哲學之研究方法，並以研討會之方式，針對學生論文之學術品質，進行分析與討論。課程有四個單元：論證結構（3-7週）、隱喻與意義（8-12週）、中國哲學相關之比較研究（13-14週）、論文發表（15-16週）。

課程目標

本課程之目標為：（一）、提高學生對相關研究方法的認識與理解；（二）、深入介紹一些近期對中國哲學之英文研究；（三）、提高學生撰寫研究論文的能力。

課程要求

(一)、每週預習指定資料；(二) 、以積極的態度參與討論； (三)、輪流報告指定之閱讀資料；(四)、與老師討論期末報告的方向 (第8週；課外安排)；(五)、撰寫約5000字左右的期末報告，並在課堂上作口頭發表(第15-16週)。
